Georgi Penkov Bozhilov (Bulgarian: Georgi Bozhilov , born 12 February 1987) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who is a player at Cherno More. He’s spent the majority of his time with the position of second striker however it has also been utilized as a striker as well for attacking midfielders.

On the 24th of January, 2010 Bozhilov made the move to Chernomorets in the direction of Cherno More, signing a long-term agreement for an unspecified cost. Bozhilov made his first appearance in the competition as a player for Cherno More in a league match with Sliven 2000 on 8 March 2010 wearing an id number of 14. Bozhilov was the first player to score his goal just a week after, scoring an 3-2 victory at home against Lokomotiv Plovdiv.

On 7 January 2012, it was announced that Ukrainian Premier League side Zorya Luhansk had agreed a deal to sign Bozhilov. Five days later, Zorya however pulled out of the transfer after it was reported that he failed his medical with the club.

On 31 August 2013, Bozhilov hit his first goals of the 2013–14 season, scoring twice in the 3–1 home win against Ludogorets Razgrad. He made his 100th league appearance for Cherno More in a 1–0 away win at Neftochimic Burgas on 14 September.

On August 31, 2009 Bozhilov had been loaned to his fellow A Group club Lokomotiv Plovdiv for a period of four months. On November 26, Bozhilov returned to Chernomorets following a hamstring strain.

The kid was raised at Sofia, Bozhilov joined CSKA Sofia’s Academy at 15 years old, having previously attended Septemvri Sofia. The year 2004, Bozhilov quit the CSKA Academy and signed his first pro contract at Naftex Burgas, together with his teammates Vladislav Stoyanov and Orlin Starokin.

The month of June was when Bozhilov was signed by Chernomorets Burgas and suffered a severe knee injury that forced him to miss the entire 2006-07 season. The first time he played in the league was in a 6-1 win away against Belasitsa Petrich on 12 August 2007 and was introduced in the 81st minutes as an extra. Bozhilov was able to score the first professional goal of his career during the league game in the league match against Lokomotiv Plovdiv on 6 October 2007, scoring the sole strike in an 1-0 win at home. He scored five goals in his twenty-five A Group games in the 2007-08 season.

On 2 September 2011, Bozhilov made his debut for the Bulgarian national team, when he came on as a substitute in a Euro 2012 qualifying match against England for the final 28 minutes.
