Francomb was a student at his academy at Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur at the age of nine and stayed at the club until his release at 14 years old. Brentford defeat AFC Wimbledon 5-3 at Griffin Park on September 3, 2013.

On 5 June 2018, following his release from Wimbledon, Francomb agreed to join League Two side Crawley Town on a two-year deal.
