She is the lead singer of the groups Nota Profana and Theatre of the Night. Her own group of baroque, renaissance and traditional folk called Cantus Lunaris. The year 2014 saw her formed another group that goes by as Diskelion.
Since 2009, she has been part of the symphonic metal band Nota Profana, working alongside musicians from the Simon Bolivar Youth Orchestra, and now in a more prominent role as part of the beauty-and-the-beast-styled duet alongside male grunts/raw vocals.
Together with them, she created the demo of the track The Lake, which they released as their 2009 demo following their debut album Violent Whispers. In 2013 she recorded the brand new full-length album of the group, The Devil’s Playground, where she showed an even more delicate style in the track The Grove. With Gaby being a part Of Nota Profana, the band has gained more recognition and attention around the world.

She was a member of the symphonic metal group Haggard from 1998 until 1 September 2004 and was then fired over personal disputes. While with Haggard, they went on tour in Europe, Mexico and South America. In 2001, during the tour they recorded the DVD Awakening The Gods from a gig in Mexico. When she was part of the band , she only recorded one album, Eppur Si Muove, that was released in 2004.
Following her dismissal from Haggard after which she began to join the epic folk/viking band Equilibrium as well as Metal band Dragontears formed by the former bassist and co-worker of her former group, Haggard. With Equilibrium she played as an active live and session musician from 2005 until 2010. She recorded three albums in Equilibrium: Turis Fratyr (2005), Sagas (2008), Rekreatur (2010).
In the beginning of 2012, she founded the vocal and instrumental ensemble Cantus Lunaris. This is an ensemble of international musicians who she met during her tours and projects. In 2013 they debuted with their first album, Fabula Antiqua. It was released on 15 May of that year. It consisted mostly of the Celtic repertoire of the ensemble.
