Fung, the Ying-ki (Chinese: Feng Ying Qi Jyutping: Feng Jing kei Ri Ben Yu :hun inkii; born on 7 February 1980) is a Paralympic wheelchair fencer from Hong Kong, China. The 2000 Summer Paralympics he won three gold medals for the men’s individual foils, foils for teams and individual sabre events . He also was awarded bronze in the team sabre. A year later, in the Athens Paralympics He won two gold medals in foil for individual and team sabre, as well as silver for team foil.
In recent times, he began participating in wheelchair marathons. He ran his first full race in Osaka, Japan in 2011. In 2012, he took part in his first Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon and became the first local wheelchair racer to run the entire race. The following year, he was the winner of the half-marathon in wheelchairs for the same race. The growing popularity of local wheelchair races will open up more options and opportunities for those with disabilities who compete within Hong Kong.
In 2010 , summer Fung Yi was awarded an award of Postgraduate Travel Award from the International Society on Biomechanics in Sports as well as a the commission member of the Hong Kong Association of Sports Medicine and Sports Science from 2010 until 2012. In addition, he was one of the members of the classification committee of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) between 2010 and 2014.

Fung lost the legs he used as a young man following the infection of a virus that caused damage to the spinal cord (Actue Transverse Myelitis ) in 1994, which caused paraplegia). When he was 15 he began to practice fencing in a wheelchair at a national training center located in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Sports Institute). Following 2004’s 2004 Paralympic Games he relearn to walk on his lower limbs due to sensory deficiency, and then retired from fencing.
In the weeks leading up towards 2008’s Summer Paralympics held in Beijing, Fung coached Japanese wheelchair fencer Toyoaki Hisakawa in preparation for the competition.
