Alfredo Kulembe Ribeiro (born 27 March 1990) also popularly referred to as Fredy is an Angolan professional footballer who is a player for the Turkish team Antalyaspor as forward. He also has Portuguese citizenship.

Fredy recorded eight goals across 38 games during the 2012-13 season, assisting the club return to the top of the league in just three short years. Fredy scored for the only time at the tournament on April 12, 2014, and his brace helped the team recover to beat Vitoria de Guimaraes 3-1 in a home match against Vitoria de Guimaraes.

Fredy returned to Belenenses in June 2017, signing a two-year deal. He scored six league goals and provided six assists in the first part of 2018–19.

On 31 January 2019, Fredy moved to Turkish club Antalyaspor.

The family was born to Luanda, Fredy joined C.F. Os Belenenses’ youth system at the age of 11 having signed with the neighboring G.D.P. Costa de Caparica. Costa de Caparica began the Primeira Liga debut on 3 April 2009, appearing in the 60th minute as a substitute an away defeat of 0-1 against Academica de Coimbra. He ended his first full season without scoring in the midst of a relegation battle. Lisbon team was eliminated.

Fredy has won the country’s 34 national caps with Portugal at the youth level, including ten caps for the under-21 team. He scored twice for the Portuguese in friendly matches in the upcoming games against Denmark (1-1) as well as Macedonia (a 1-1 win).

In January 2015, Fredy returned to Angola and signed with C.R.D. Libolo, initially on loan. On 20 July 2016 he agreed to a one-year contract at SBV Excelsior in the Dutch Eredivisie, rejoining his former Belenenses manager Mitchell van der Gaag.
