Frederico Augusto Pieruccini “Freddy” Moojen (born on February 25, 1983) is a Canadian soccer forward who plays for Longueuil in the PLSQ and also for the Dallas Sidekicks in the Major Arena Soccer League.
On the 25th of January 2007 on January 25, 2007, the Montreal Impact of the USL First Division was drafted by Moojen. He was signed by the Impact on March 1st of 2007, and played in 14 game with the Impact before suffering an injury that ended the season. The 21st of April, 2008 his transfer out of his club the Impact into Minnesota Thunder. Minnesota Thunder in USL-1. Moojen was released by the Thunder at the end of February in the off-season.
Moojen became a Canadian citizen in 2013, and has since appeared for the Canadian national futsal team.
He played outdoor for FC L’Assomption for his third consecutive season in the PLSQ. In late September 2014, Moojen signed a new indoor contract with the Dallas Sidekicks of the Major Arena Soccer League, scoring 41 goals in 20 games for the Sidekicks. Moojen was part of the Canadian National Arena soccer team that played in the Indoor Soccer World Cup in March 2015 scoring 7 goals in 3 games for Canada.
On August 28th 2007 He signed as a player for his team, the New Jersey Ironmen of the Major Indoor Soccer League after the Ironmen picked him in the second selection (18th all-around) during the MISL College Draft. In 2007 and the year 2008, he was named the MISL Player of the Year. The MISL was wiped out at the conclusion of the season, and Moojen along with his teammates relocated to the newly-created Xtreme Soccer League. Moojen was slowed down due to a toe injury, was limited to seven games and scoring four goals in the Ironmen before being transferred for Chicago Storm Chicago Storm for Randi Patterson on January 31st of 2009.

The birthplace of the Moojen was Balneario Camboriu, Brazil, in 1997 Moojen was a player for the Coritiba Football Club’s junior team. He played briefly for International FC in 2001 before joining Avai Futebol Clube, playing for them from 2001 until 2004. Moojen went to Lincoln Memorial University where he was twice a Gulf South Conference Player of the Year in 2005 and was a NCAA Division II third team All American. He was transferred into Clemson University where he played during the 2005 NCAA Division I season. He was a player with the Cocoa Expos in the fourth division of the Premier Development League. He was back with the Expos in 2005 and scored 18 goals, which tied Andy Metcalf with him as the top scorers in the league. in 2006 Moojen participated in his team, the Augusta FireBall, sharing the goals scored record along with John Cunliffe. He also shared both the 2006 and 2005 Premier Development League goals lead. He also was his 2006 PDL MVP as well as his 2006-2007 Major Indoor Soccer League Rookie of the Year. He then moved to Poland, where he played in the colors of GKP Gorzów Wielkopolski. In the following year he went to play in the first division in Thailand and Oman. In 2011–12 he played with the Wichita Wings in the MISL. In the summer of 2012 he played in the first professional league in Quebec, the Première Ligue de soccer du Québec, for the FC L’Assomption where he was the league’s leading scorer (“Golden Boot”) and third best player (“Bronze Ball”). In the winter of 2012–13 he played his second season for the Wichita Wings in the Major Indoor Soccer League where he was the team’s captain and leading scorer with 27 goals in 24 games. In 2013, he played again for the FC L’Assomption where he was the team’s captain and league’s leading scorer for the second consecutive year. In late 2013, Frederico Moojen signed a contract with the Baltimore Blast in the MISL and played with them for one season before the league dissolved.
