Smalls (born 17 January 1963) was an ex- American football linebacker as well as an arena football linebacker/fulback. He played in the NCAA football tournament at West Virginia. He was selected into the 7th round (182nd in the overall order) from the 1985 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers.

He was in 1987 when he was a member of in 1987 with the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). In 1987, he appeared in three times for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1987. The following year, the player took his time playing for Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
