Frank Brian Wrathall Jnr. (born on October 4, 1986, at Lancaster) was an experienced British motor-racing driver that has participated with the British Touring Car Championship. He took home his first victory on the 21st of October, 2012 in his final race in the BTCC season.

On May 14, 2012 Wrathall was behind the steering wheel of a vehicle that was which was involved in a collision an uninvolved cyclist on an intersection. The police filed a complaint against him, claiming that his reckless driving because he was on the phone for eight min prior to incident that resulted in the death of a 47-year-old cycling cyclist died. Wrathall did not deny the charges. On February 7, 2014, Wrathall was imprisoned for 21 months following plead guilty to the less serious charge of reckless driving. He was also barred from driving for four years.

Wrathall was promoted to the BTCC in 2011, competing for Dynojet in an NGTC Toyota Avensis . The race was at Knockhill, Wrathall became the first driver to be on the top spot in the NGTC car and had two third place places and a fourth place finish from his three race. He also took third place in the race that opened at Rockingham after which he improved to take second place in race two.

In 2007 Wrathall switched from karts into racing Ginetta cars. He participated at the 2007 Ginetta G20 Championship, which he started at Oulton Park. He ended the season 8th with two podium finishes. He was awarded the Ginetta The Rookie Award. He made the transition into his first G50 Cup for the 2008 season, and finished second in the both the 2008 and 2009 seasons. This encouraged Wrathall to continue his winning ways in his 2010 Ginetta G50 Cup, which led to him being named champion after winning five races and 19 podium places.

After completing his karting training in 2007 Wrathall began his racing debut with the Ginetta G20 Championship. After just one season in the championship and then he switched into the Ginetta G50 Cup for 2008 and went on to take home the title in the year 2010. He was a part of in the British Touring Car Championship in 2011 and was driving for the family-owned Dynojet Racing Team.

Wrathall continued in the British Touring Car Championship in 2012, once again racing for Dynojet in the Toyota Avensis now sponsored by Mac Tools. He took his first podium of the season in round 9 at Thruxton, finishing ahead of Jason Plato to finish third. At the final round of the season at Brands Hatch, Wrathall took his first ever BTCC win in the final race, ahead of Matt Neal and newly crowned Champion Gordon Shedden.
