Francesco Sondelli (born 8 December 1973) is an Italian rock musician, multi- instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, music producer, composer and entrepreneur. Sondelli is the founding singer and guitarist of the alternative rock group The Petalstones, of which Malin Akerman, a Swedish-Canadian actress and model was the lead vocalist, Mario Pagliarulo was the bassist as well as Roberto Zincone was the drummer.

In the year 2011 Sondelli collaborated with world-renowned engineer Eddie Kramer who become an F-Pedals Partner, and in 2012 Sondelli established F-Pedals the company that manufactures and designs professional music gear. In the following year, he designed the initial two versions from The Legend Series, the Eddie Kramer signature Edstortion and Phazevibe that were released in 2013, after two years of unrelenting development. F-Pedals was the very first business to introduce a wireless power systems for guitar pedals that produce effects. In 2014, F-Pedals also unveiled the patent-pending groundbreaking F-Power(tm) wireless power system that was based in Nikola Tesla’s magnetic induced electrical energy research and study.

In 2013, Sondelli was appointed by Aurelio De Laurentiis as the composer and music director of the official anthem of S.S.C.Napoli. He used the chorus of famous traditional Neapolitan song ‘O surdato ‘nnammurato and added new composition and arrangements to the song to make the new official anthem for the soccer club.

In 1997, Sondelli began his group Chao-Shi at Naples along with the bassist Mario Pagliarulo, who later was the bassist of Serj Tankian’s tour group The F.C.C., drummer Roberto Zincone, and guitarist Elio De Stefanis. The group was featured on The Enciclopedia del Poprock Napoletano and was awarded their first MTV Axe for Music Awards in 1998. Sondelli and his groupmates Pagliarulo and Zincone made the move into Los Angeles in 2001 and changed the band’s name to Ozono. The year 2003 saw Sondelli requested Malin Akerman to join the band as co-lead vocalist of the group after they had collaborated on new songs. After the addition of Malin Akerman the group was renamed The Petalstones. The group released their first album, Stung In August 2005. The band was eventually disbanded in 2007. After the band was dismissed, Sondelli started his solo music career and released his debut solo album “Disordinary” in 2007. The album was supported with the help of Eddie Kramer, who sought Sondelli out after seeing him perform on stage in Los Angeles in 2006. Sondelli was one of the finalists for the biggest festival in the world for non-signed artists Emergenza at Los Angeles 2007. Apart from being a musician, Sondelli has also written and produced music for many of the most internationally renowned artists such as Italian singer Belen Thomas Sal Da Vinci, multi-Grammy’s Mexican group Camila, Reyili, Ex MDO, Daniel Rene, Guatemalan singer Shery, Mexican TV star and performer Eiza Gonzalez G6 La Academia, Kristy Frank and many others. Sondelli has worked with Grammy winners as engineers and producers such as Jay Baumgardner.

In the summer of 2009 Sondelli began Project ReEvolution along with Maurizio Capone, the leader of BungtBangt from Naples, Italy, a band dubbed”the “Eco Band” as they make their instruments entirely from recycled waste materials. The project began by collaborating on the music Project ReEvolution by Sondelli and Capone who collaborated on the track via online video meetings without having a meeting during the course of two months in real life. They finally came together on July 9, 2009, to record the final version the song and film footage in Naples. The entire profit generated by the sale of the track were donated towards Mani Tese, a nonprofit organization that promotes sustainable development initiatives in various parts of the globe, and to help fund two projects funded by Mani Tese: Project 2194 in Guatemala which aims to support the education of children living in streets and Project Sani Stella, which offers academic assistance to and organizes creative workshops for children living in high-risk communities that comprise La Sanita and Stella.

In March 2013, Sondelli founded project RocKramer, a worldwide tour of a multi-sensory show featuring lectures, story telling and photo archive sharing by recording producer and engineer Eddie Kramer, to share the stories of musicians from the 1960s and 1970s, and to inspire younger generations to approach music, arts and life with a creative spirit. The first event was held on 27 March 2013 in Teatro Trianon in Naples, Italy. The event was hosted by Sondelli and featured local celebrity bands including Capone Bungt Bangt, Osanna, James Senese, Antonio Onorato, Daniele Sepe, Gianni Guarracino, Brunella Selo, Radikal Kitsch, Moby Dick, Hendrix Boulevard, Francesco Forni and Sud Express.
