Sol was transferred to Villarreal CF’s reserves on the 2nd of July, 2014. On April 25, 2015, Sol made his debut in a match in a competitive manner in the Valencians principal squad, playing in place of Jaume Costa in the 1-1 La Liga draw at Real Sociedad.

In Madrid, Sol joined Real Madrid’s youth team in July 2002, at age 10 and was soon playing for Alevin, the Alevin B-team. In the 2010-11 season Sol made his debut as a senior in the C-team of Real Madrid C, in an encounter in which he played CF Trival Valderas for the Tercera Division championship.
