Foo Kok Keong KMN AMN BSD (born 8 January 1963) is an ex-badminton athlete from Malaysia who was considered to be as one of the top tennis players in the mid 1980s through the mid-1990s. He was a participant at 1992’s Summer Olympics.
In the year 1991, Foo Kok Keong became the first Malaysian to be ranked in the top 1 spot in the world rankings because the ranking system was established through the International Badminton Federation (IBF) in the early 80’s.
