Filip Salaquarda is one of the most popular and richest Racing Automobile Driver who was born on January 11, 1984 in Prague, Czech Republic. In the same year, Salaquarda made his debut in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, joining the RC Motorsport team at the third race of the series in Monaco. Following the race, in which he placed 21st and left the team, he decided for Prema Powerteam, who he was with for the rest of the year. His best performance came in the sprint race at Portimao in Portugal, where he placed in the tenth position. He finished the year with 27th overall.

In the year 2004, Salaquarda graduated to Formula Three Racing on the German championship alongside the family-owned ISR Racing team. He ended the season with a score of 42 points. 2005 saw him make the move into the Formula 3 Euro Series, the first of three seasons in this category. He was unable to get a point during his initial two seasons, and in 2007, an upgrade towards HBR Motorsport saw him score three points.

In June 2006, Salaquarda made an appearance at the Oschersleben round of the F3000 International Masters season. Driving for the Charouz Racing System team, he finished both races in second place. Despite only taking part in those two races, he scored enough points to finish 12th in the standings.

Towards the end of 2007, Salaquarda took part in the final round of the International Formula Master season at Monza with ISR Racing. The following year he took part in a full season in the series, taking a best result of sixth in the opening race of the year at Valencia to finish in 24th position.

In 2002 in 2002, he made his solo-seater debut with the Formula BMW ADAC series in Germany. In his first year in this category, the team was ranked 21st. The following year , he climbed to 13th overall, securing an overall position in the final round of Hockenheim.

Following a start in karting, Salaquarda started his race career the year 2000 in his home country, the Czech Republic, competing in the Ford Puma Cup where he placed third. In the following year, he made the leap into his first race, the Skoda Octavia Cup, finishing the year 13th in the standings.
