Fernando Monje is one of the most popular and richest Racing Automobile Driver who was born on March 7, 1993 in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Fernando Monje Vicario (born 7 March 1993) is a Spanish racing driver, who currently is a participant at the World Touring Car Championship.

Monje joined the new team Campos Racing for the 2013 season. He raced with Hugo Valente. Monje was on pole in race 2 of the Race of Morocco but dropped out of the race after the second lap due to the collision in the race with James Thompson. Following the race, the driver was awarded five places on the grid in Race of Slovakia. Race of Slovakia having been considered to be at fault for the collision.

In 2012, Monje returned to his SUNRED cooperation to participate for the World Touring Car Championship. Monje also participated at the European Touring Car Cup, ending the season as the overall champion. After completing with the European Touring Car Cup, Monje was back at the WTCC for the rest of 2012, driving the SEAT Leon WTCC for the Tuenti Racing Team. In the very first race since his return, the Race of Brazil, Monje scored his first points by placing tenth in race 1. Monje had to be involved in a collision prior to the beginning of race one in the Race of the United States and, along with Aleksei Dudukalo, and Alberto Cerqui was forced to withdraw. In the second race, he crashed , and his car was left at the apex of turn 5 throughout the race. He scored another point at the final race of the season at Macau and finished tenth again. The two points he scored meant he was 24th at the championship after having raced in only half of the races.

He made the switch to single-seaters in 2009 at 16 when he began his career at the Formul’Academy Euro Series, finishing 10th in the drivers championship. He also took part in three races in the Spanish SEAT Leon Supercopa with SUNRED Engineering. In 2010, he was promoted in the European F3 Open Championship with De Villota Motorsport and finished the season in the sixth position. The series continued in 2011, before switching over to his Drivex team. He ended the season in 15th position.
