Feng Xiaoting (Chinese: Feng Xiao Ting; pinyin: Feng Xiaoting ; born 22 October, 1985) is a Chinese footballer who is currently playing with Shanghai Greenland Shenhua in the Chinese Super League in the Chinese Super League, which is with a loan deal from Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao.

Feng got married to Zhao Yingying, who works for China’s national broadcaster CCTV on February 16, 2009.

Feng decided to sign for Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande right before the start of the 2011 season. That year, with a tight defense only conceding 23 goals the entire season, saw Guangzhou win their first ever top tier title. In the 2012 season, Feng helped the club to a domestic double, winning both the top tier title and the Chinese FA Cup.

As a promising youngster , with an experience of the highest level, Feng quickly drew the attention of the top-tier team Dalian Shide and transferred to Dalian Shide in the league season despite the fact that his injury was not completely healed and he was absent for a large portion of the initial phases during the campaign. But, towards the end of the part of the season Feng began to play an important role in Dalian’s pursuit of the cup and league double, which saw the club beat both. In the following seasons, however, Feng playing a lesser role in the club. it was not until the manager Ji Mingyi left before he began to become an integral player in Dalian’s squad in the season of 2008.

Feng Xiaoting started his football career with Sichuan Guancheng in the 2003 league season, where he swiftly became an established player. Although he was only 17 years old young, he was captain of the team for a few games, which made the youngest captain of a club of the world of professional Chinese football. As of the end of 2003 Feng was a part of a short trial for Ligue 1 side FC Nantes but was not able to be accepted into the club. The following season was significantly less successful after he sustained an injury that was severe and was out for the majority of the 2004 season in the league.

Feng was first invited for the Chinese national team in 2004 by then manager Arie Haan who handed him his first appearance in a 2-0 win over Myanmar on the 17th of March, 2004. The manager who followed Zhu Guanghu decided that Feng was not experienced enough for the senior squad and Feng became part of the Chinese under-23 national squad that participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in which Feng was selected as the first centre back. He was also paired together with Li Weifeng as China were eliminated during the stage of group play. After the competition, Feng was promoted back to the national team again after coach Vladimir Petrovic included him during the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification. Soon, he was an established member of the national team, and won the in the 2010 East Asian Football Championship. On November 20, the 20th of November, Feng made his debut international appearance in the match against Palestine.

Feng came close to signing with Serie A side A.C. Siena during the summer of

2008. Their sporting director Manuel Gerolin watched all of Chinese under-23 national team’s matches during the 2008 Summer Olympics matches and was impressed by Feng, but problems with the player’s registration delayed this possibility. With his contract about to end with Dalian, Feng received offers from K-League sides Chunnam Dragons, Jeju United and Daegu FC before the 2009 season. He eventually signed a two-year contract with Daegu FC on a free transfer. Feng made his debut for the club on 22 March 2009 in a 2–2 draw against Pohang Steelers. On 29 January 2010, Feng signed for K-League champions Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors on a free transfer. Feng did not have a starting role in the backline for Jeonbuk that season and was soon released by the club.
