Dos Anjos grew up in the ranks of youth of Esporte Clube Pinheiros, which is located in his home country, Brazil. The year 2012 saw dos Anjos moved to Spain and joined the youth teams from Real Madrid. He played at the amateur league, playing on the reserve team of the club within the Spanish EBA League, which is the 4th Division in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons.
