Felicia Francesca Lee (born May 19th 1992) is a American competitive swimmer. She currently is part of the U.S. National Team, and was a part of the American silver medalists of the 4×50-meter medley relay in the 2014 FINA World Swimming Championships. She has previously represented Stanford University as a collegiate swimmer. She was also recognized as the best female college athlete in the United States in 2014.

Lee was awarded an athletic scholarship that allowed her to attend Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, where she competed for Stanford’s Stanford Cardinal swimming and diving team in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Pac-12 Conference competition from 2011 to 2014. After her senior year she was awarded her Honda Sports Award for Swimming and Diving, recognizing her as the most outstanding female college swimmer of 2013-2014.

In 2011 Lee competed in her first World University Games in Shenzhen, China. She qualified for both the 50 and 100 fly and was part of the free relay 4×100 as well as the 4×100 Medley relay. Lee was able to make it into the semifinals for both 50 fly and 100 fly but she did not win a medal. Lee won silver as part of the second-place finishers at WUGs.

Lee was a part of the 2006-2007 National Junior Team in 2007, 2007.
