On the 21st of January, 2014 Toski was signed on to FSV Frankfurt as a player until the close of the 2013-14 season, with the option to renew. Toski made his debut for Frankfurt on February 7, 2014 against the exact same side VfL Bochum, coming on as a substitute of Nikita Rukavytsya, who was injured in the 72nd minute of the game that Frankfurt took by a score of 2-1. In the second quarter of the season Toski was only used for a brief period in only six games and only two as an active player.
Toski was a former player of Germany national football team under 19 and was awarded five caps which included one goal. In 2010, he told Albanian media. Albanian public that he wanted to take part in the national team of Kosovo but, in the event that the acknowledgement of Kosovo’s official national team could be a problem, he would prefer to play for Albania. He took part in his debut international match in friendly matches for Kosovo on the 5th of March in 2014 as an extra in a 0-0 draw against Haiti.

He made his debut as a player in the Bundesliga for the Eagles during a match with Werder Bremen on 12 May 2007. His first strike for the team came on December 8, 2007 in a draw of 2-2 with Schalke 04.

On 16 August 2016, Toski joined Albanian Superliga side Laçi as a free agent, signing a two-year contract. Due to his big experience, Toski was prompted team captain by coach Marcello Troisi. He made his first Laçi appearance on 7 September in the opening Albanian Superliga week against newly promoted side Korabi Peshkopi which ended in a goalless draw. On 17 October, Toski scored Laçi’s first league goal of the season in the matchday 7 against Vllaznia Shkodër, after he noticed the wrong placement of goalkeeper Jasmin Agović, and taking a shot from the midfield. Until the end of the first part of the season, Toski appeared in 11 matches, including one in cup, as Laçi struggled for results. On 14 January of the following year, he left the club to purchase a career in Malaysia.
