Eunice Jepkorir Kirtich (born 17th February, 1982) is a Kenyan long-distance athlete who is a specialist in steeplechase. The 2008 Olympic silver medallist in the event, and bronze medalist in the 2007 World Championships in Athletics.
She broke the her 3000m steeplechase Kenyan record at the Bislett Games in Oslo on the 15th of June in 2007 when she ran 9:19.44. Two weeks later, on July 2, 2007, in Athens she was able to run 9:14.52 which represents an African and Commonwealth record. The prior African record (9:15.04) was set by Dorcus Inzikuru, a native of Uganda.
She came second behind Nuria Fernández at the 2011 Cross de San Sebastián in January, while her husband took the men’s honours. She only competed once on the track that year, winning in Cáceres in June. She did not perform well at the 2012 Kenyan Olympic trials, finishing the race in 10:13.28 minutes and missing the Olympic team as a result.
In 2007, at the World Championships, she won bronze in the 3000m steeplechase. She was the winner of the 2007 Cursa of Bombers 10-K in Barcelona and was able to defend her title the following year.

She was 7th in the marathon course at the 2004 World Cross Country Championships and the Kenyan team of which Jepkorir was part of took home the silver medal at the team race. Jepkorir won the Parelloop 10K competition within the Netherlands in 2005. She was 14th in the 2006 World Road Running Championships, aiding the Kenyan team to win the team race. She took home her first prize in the year 2007 at the Cross Internacional de la Constitucion.
On 14 June 2008 she bettered her African record to 9:11.18 in Huelva, Spain. At the 2008 Summer Olympics she won silver medal by running 9:07.41, thus setting a new African record again. She failed to qualify for the 2009 World Championships in Athletics.
