Valdomiro Tualungo Paulo Lameira (born 22 September 1995) is also popularly referred to as Estrela is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays the position of a defensive midfielder for the club Aves.

On July 8, 2014 it was revealed that his teammate Rafael Ramos were transferred to Orlando City SC of the USL Pro, the third stage in the United States soccer league system and on 3.5 year contracts in exchange for an agreement with the club. The contracts of the players would allow the two new players to complete their year 2014 USL Pro season with the club before moving to Major League Soccer in 2015.

He went on to make five league appearances for the club, scoring one goal, during the 2014 USL Pro season, Orlando City’s last in the league before making the jump to Major League Soccer. The defender also started and played 90 minutes of Orlando’s defeat to the Harrisburg City Islanders in the first round of the playoffs which saw Orlando eliminated. Estrela was released by Orlando on 30 January 2016.

On 4 July 2019 he signed a 3-year contract with Primeira Liga club Aves.

He together with Ramos who was also a player, made his professional debut on the 23rd of August 2014 during a league game with the Richmond Kickers. In the eighth minute of the match Ramos volleyed a shot outside the box, scoring his debut goal with the team. The victory, which was 3-2, was noteworthy because of Ramos having scored his debut goal on his debut, in addition to Kevin Molino breaking the single-season league record for goals scored. After the game Head manager Adrian Heath stated in regards to the two new playersthat “I think both of them (Estrela And Ramos) were fantastic given that they’ve only been on the field for more than two months. The impact they made was huge. …”

Estrela began his professional career with S.L. Benfica’s youth team in the year 2006 before joining the under-19 team in 2011. Benfica made up the team that played during the 2013-14 UEFA Youth League, including the match with Manchester City under-19 in which Benfica scored a goal. Benfica was runners- up at the event but lost to the under-19 team of Barcelona with a score of 0-3 during the championship. The player was signed on at Benfica for the duration of 2020.

On 10 August 2016, Estrela’s contract with APOEL was mutually terminated. On 29 October 2016, he signed a contract until 2018 with Portuguese side Varzim S.C. from LigaPro.
