He quit Boavista in Brazil and Boavista Brazil as the only time in the course of his professional life, to become a part of Albanian Superliga side FK Kukesi in an Europa League first qualifying round. It was debut for FK Kukesi and European debut on the 2nd of July, 2015 against Belarusian team FC Torpedo-BelAZ Zhodino in the first qualifying round of the Europa League, where he took on the entire 90 minutes of the 2-0 victory.

In the second game of the second qualifying round Flores was the goal scorer for Kukesi at the end of 32nd minutes and the final score was victory away of 4-2, which helped Kukesi to make it through the next round, with an total of 4-3.
