Eric Ng is one of the most popular and richest Songwriter who was born on December 27, 1975 in Singapore. Eric Ng (simplified Chinese: Huang Yun Ren ; traditional Chinese: Huang Yun Ren pinyin: Huang Yunren , born 27 December 1975) is a chart-topping Singaporean Mandarin pop music composer, music producer, music arranger, as well as a session/touring guitarist. In addition, he is the co-founder of Funkie Monkies Productions and The Songwriter Music College.

The year 2005 was the time he composed “Yi Zhuan Yi Wa Yi Zhuan Yi Wa “, the theme song of the Hands United Program by Cathay Pacific Air and Habitat for Humanity to fundraise for the Indian Ocean tsunami victims. Eric’s talent to compose songs that can be heard and remain in the charts was shown by songs such as “Invisible Yin Xing Ren ” (by Stefanie Sun), and “Amphibian Shuang Qi Dong Wu ” (by Tanya Chua), “Hostage Ren Zhi ” (by Amei), and so on.

in 2001 Eric composed “First Class Entertainment AJi Yu Le ” for A-mei, as well as “Paper Aeroplane Zhi Fei Ji ” for Sandy Lam; both were extremely successful, and were then “Ta Zhi DeTa Zhi De ” (by Victor Wong) and “Zui Hao De Shi Zui Hao De Shi ” (by Sandy Lam). The year 2003 saw Eric composed three hit songs for Fish Leong “For your own good Wei Wo Hao “, “The Intruder Di San Zhe ” and “I am not Afraid Wo Bu Hai Pa ” which gained a lot of attention. The phenomenal success of “Deep Wu Di Dong ” written for Tanya Chula Cai Jian Ya , Eric has reached a new height in his career and was honored with the his 2003 Pepsi Music Chart Best Composer. Eric also composed a number of tracks to Stefanie Sun including “Can’t be with you Bu Neng He Ni Yi Qi ” and “Wei Zhi De Jing Cai Wei Zhi De Jing Cai ” the music video for the FAW Group’s Vzi.
