Emmanuel Neno is one of the most popular and richest Translator who was born on February 1, 1957 in Sahiwal, Punjab, Pakistan. Neno was part of the very first Summer University held 1988 in Switzerland, France, Italy and Lichtenstein organized in collaboration with the International Christian Organisation of the Media. In 1991 the year 1991, in the year 1991, when India as well as Pakistan were hosting for the Summer University, Neno was one of the organizers.
Together together with Robert McCulloch he completed a new Urdu translation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church in 2014.
