Elisabet Gustafson (born 2 May 1964) is a retired Swedish curler who was a world champion and an Olympic medallist. The Swedish curler has been awarded the title of four World Championships, more World Championships than any other female curler.

She was awarded an Olympic bronze medal during her 1998 Winter Olympics held in Nagano. She was with a chance to win the gold medal along alongside Sandra Schmirler and finished tied with Schmirler at the top of round robin with 6-1 (Schmirler won 1st and the hammer in playoffs because she won the round robin match between both teams) however, she lost in the semis, causing an upset that was significant against the squad of Helena Blach Lavrsen of Denmark. She retaliated against this same team one month later and defeated these players in the semi-finals of 1998’s World Curling Championships to claim her third World title.

Her most memorable win was during her 1995 World Curling Championships in Brandon when she was playing her home favorite Connie Laliberte of Canada, she fought back from a 6-4 deficit without hammer to win taking 3 ends in succession, including an extra one.
