Djimrangar Dadnadji is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on January 1, 1954 in Mandoul Region, Chad. Joseph Djimrangar Dadnadji (1 January 1954 – 31 December 2019) was a Chadian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Chad in 2013.
Dadnadji was the his Prime Minister for less than one year. He resigned as Prime Minister on November 21, 2013 following the ruling party’s deputies announced the vote against him over charges of directing “arbitrary arrests of deputies”. The president Deby immediately named Kalzeubet Pahimi Deubet to succeed Dadnadji later that day.
Dadnadji was appointed again director of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency on September 3, 2012, however, he was in the post only for a couple of months. On January 21, 2013, the Prime of the Cabinet Emmanuel Nadingar resigned, and the President Idriss Deby immediately named Dadnadji to succeed him. The Dadnadji government, comprised with 42 lawmakers, was inaugurated on January 26, 2013.

Dadnadji began his career in into the public service around. He served as Director-General for the Ministry of National Education from October 1996 until June 2002. He was appointed by the ministry of Planning, Development, and Cooperation on the 12th of June, 2002. A year later the minister was appointed the Minister for Environment and Water, serving in the post between July 2003 and July 2004. In the following years, he served as Technical Adviser to the President on Legal as well as Administrative Affairs and Human Rights between October 2004 and August 2005, and Secretary-General for the presidency from the month of August 2005 to May 2008. In the following years, he was director of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency from May 2008 until October 2009, then he was a second time Secretary-General for the Presidency between November 2009 and March 2010.
On March 9, 2010 Dadnadji received a nomination to the ministry of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, and Housing, remaining in the position until the 17th of August after which he was removed of the guvern.
