In November of 2010 Millington’s mother claimed that Millington was targeted through his own Guyana Football Federation. Millington’s forward was not in the team to play for English team Cray Wanderers or Guatemala in the United States, sparking her allegations.
The first time he scored an international goal was on the 28th of octombrie 2009 scoring his only score in the 1-0 victory over Suriname during the Suriname Independence Cup. The second goal he scored came two days later, scoring the 1-0 win over Netherlands Antilles in the same contest. Millington scored twice in his 2010 Caribbean Cup, against Suriname and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Millington began his career at Georgetown FC, where he played for two seasons. In 2005 Millington joined Western Tigers, but in his fifth season at the club, they were being relegated to second division. Millington then became a member of Alpha United in 2010, and, over the course of four years, stormed to glory at the Guyana Super League on four different occasions. Millington made the move from Alpha United to Slingerz FC in 2015.
Millington made his debut international for Guyana on the 8th of August, 2008, when Guyana won an 3-0 win against Dominica at the 2007 Caribbean Championships. Millington made two more appearances at the tournament however, he was not able to get on the scoring list.
