On June 19, 2015, following his the promotion into Segunda Division with Nastic, Rocha kept his connection until the end of 2018. Rocha made his debut for the professional team on August 23rd, taking the field in a 2-2 draw at home against his former club Albacete.
On 21 January 2016 Rocha moved abroad for the first time in his career, after agreeing to a three-year deal with Major League Soccer side Houston Dynamo. On 6 July 2016, he mutually terminated his contract with Dynamo after alleging “family reasons”.
Rocha cut ties with Nàstic on 24 January 2019, and signed a short-term deal with fellow league team UD Almería just hours later. On 2 July, he signed a two-year contract with Extremadura UD, still in the second division.
On the 14th of July, 2011, Rocha was signed by Albacete Balompie, after being captain of the team at his previous club. On June 26, 2013, Rocha joined fellow third division team Gimnastic de Tarragona, signing an agreement for two years.

In Caceres, Extremadura, Rocha began playing football as a player in the youth team of CP Cacereno and made his debut as a senior player in the 2002-03 season, playing with the team in Segunda Division B. After 2005, Rocha was transferred into Villarreal CF B in Tercera Division. He was a regular player in the team.
On January 11, 2008, Rocha was signed by FC Cartagena in the third stage. On July 15, he was recalled to Cacereno The club is currently located in fourth division being promoted during his debut season.
On 11 July 2016 Rocha returned to Spain and its second tier, after agreeing to a two-year deal with Real Oviedo. On 4 July 2018 he terminated his contract, and returned to Gimnàstic just hours later.
