After being let go after being released by Bejaia, Louhoungou spent the 2014-15 season at the an amateur team Reze within the French seventh division. On the 4th of June, 2015 it was revealed that the midfielder was joining Championnat de France Amateur club US Roye-Noyon ahead of the 2015-16 season.
Louhoungou was a trial player for Conference National side Gatehsead in July of 2013. He took part in the opening part of Gateshead’s pre-season 2-1 friendly win against Partick Thistle on 6 July and the second half of the game against Barrow just four days later but was then released after two weeks with the club. The club then re-joined JSM Bejaia in January 2014.

born in Paris, Louhoungou began his career as a young player with INF Clairefontaine and joined Stade Rennais in 2005. 5 August 2009 was the day that Louhoungou signed with Scottish team Hamilton Academical. He was released from Hamilton on December 12th 2009 and was signed on 1 February 2010 with Turkish club Kocaelispor. Louhoungou was signed by US Boulogne on 21 September 2010 and played the 2011-12 season on loan with AS Cannes before joining AS Beauvais in 2012.
