David Brevik (born February 14 in 1968) is an American video game creator, producer and programmer who was the co-founder and the president of Blizzard North. He is most famous for his highly well-reviewed Diablo franchise. He is currently a the game’s designer and also as the founder of his own company, Graybeard Games.
The year 2009 was the time that David Brevik began at Gazillion Entertainment in San Mateo, California working in the Gargantuan Studio. The year 2011 saw Gargantuan was transformed into Secret Identity Studios and David Brevik was named president and chief operating officer at Gazillion Entertainment. In the end, he was elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Gazillion Entertainment in 2013. The company was closed to explore “other opportunities” on January 6 in 2016. In October 2016 Brevik is currently serving as an advisor for his work on the Chinese publication of Path of Exile for Grinding Gear Games.
Brevik Resigned from Blizzard and founded Flagship Studios (in 2003) and Ping0 (in 2006.) which was a subsidiary business to Flagship Studios. Following the dissolution of the company, the company was announced he had been appointed the new creative director for Turbine and its brand new West coast studio.
