Daniel Andrew Hall (born 14 November 1983) is an English retired player who most recently had a stint with Stalybridge Celtic. He has also played at Oldham Athletic, Shrewsbury Town, Gretna, Chesterfield, Crawley Town, Stockport County, Hyde and Altrincham.

Hall signed a one-year deal for one year with Chesterfield in July of 2008. Hall played in 32 league games throughout his two-year time at Saltergate and scored twice. In his second season at Chesterfield Hall was an indefinite time being on loan to Darlington.

In May 2010, Hall opted to drop down a division to go and play for Conference National side Crawley Town. It was reported that Crawley had fought off competition from other clubs to sign Hall.

He joined Stockport County on an initial month deal in August 2011 but was released on 1 September after his contract had expired, having appeared just once for the club.

Hall was signed by Shrewsbury Town on 13 May 2006. Following his move to Shrewsbury, Hall commented on his excitement at signing with the club that is determined and appear to be headed towards the correct direction with the guidance of manager Gary Peters. Gary Peters claims to have been keeping track of the development of Danny for the past three years, beginning during the time he was at Everton. At the time, Hall was just 19 and was just beginning to make the move into first team football at Oldham. Hall was able to make his Shrewsbury debut in the opener of the 2006-07 season with Mansfield Town, which finished with a score of 2-2. Hall then made 27 games in the league over the time of the campaign.

As a youngster, He played with Stalybridge Celtic, and was later enlisted at the Tameside Centre of Excellence. Then he joined an Youth Training Scheme for his Oldham Athletic youth team, which led him to sign an official agreement in 1999 with Oldham Athletic in 1999.
