Daniel Webb is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on July 2, 1983 in Paducah, Kentucky, United States. Daniel John Webb (born 2 July 1983) is an English former footballer who was defensive defender. He was recently employed as the first team head coach for League Two club Leyton Orient. He was previously the first-team manager at the end of the year 2017.

Webb began his 2005-06 campaign with Weymouth but in January 2006 Webb moved into Yeovil Town, teaming up again with his father, who had joined Yeovil Town in the month of December. David Webb’s role as an executive was short-lived, expiring in February 2006 and his son never got into first-team football, playing only 10 appearances across 18 months with the club. In 2007 Webb was frequently loaned out, with short periods at Rushden & Diamonds and with Woking and Woking, where a dazzling performance in his first game at Aldershot Town, in which Webb scored the first strike of his career, attracted the interest to Terry Brown, the then Aldershot manager. Terry Brown was later to offer him a contract for Wimbledon.

Following his stint with Marsaxlokk, Webb returned to England to sign for AFC Wimbledon on 23 July 2007, ending the club’s long search for a “target man”. However, Webb failed to score regularly for the Dons and after losing his place in the starting team played only a bit-part role for much of the second half of the 2007–08 season. He was one of eight players released at the end of the campaign after being deemed surplus to requirements by Dons boss Terry Brown.

After being released by Chelmsford City, he signed a contract with Havant & Waterlooville in October 2008. He made three league appearances for Havant before going on trial at Salisbury City.

Webb was impressive while on loan at Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and he was able to get a further month’s loan extension. He made a total of 10 starts and scored a goal while in the U’s. In February 2004 Cambridge decided to make the move permanent and Webb was able to make 35 more appearances and score 3 goals with the team. Webb’s time with Cambridge wasn’t without its share of controversy. in August of 2004, Webb was penalized by manager Herve Renard following an on-field confrontation with his teammate Luke Guttridge during a match against Shrewsbury Town. Webb was dismissed by Cambridge after the close of the season 2004-05 following the club’s removal out of the Football League and severe financial problems.

This was following which Daniel experienced two loan stints for Brighton & Hove Albion in 2002-03 and 2001-02. Webb played a total of 16 appearances and scored a strike at Notts County, however a permanent move was not able to be made.

In 2002, Webb quit Southend and moved into Hull City on a free transfer. He was able to play an average of 18 appearances and score one goal between 2002 between 2002 and 2004. But, Webb always had a part-time role in Hull which is why he got loaned in the direction of Lincoln City in his first season with the club where he scored one goal in a game against Bristol Rovers. Webb came back to Hull with a handful of first-team appearances in the 2003-04 season. The 2003-04 season brought him an Division Three runners-up medal. Webb scored the only goal for Hull in the Football League Trophy tie against Scunthorpe United in November 2003. The chances for his first team became less frequent in the latter part of the season, and the club sent him on loan to Cambridge United on an initial one-month loan.

Having been released by Yeovil at the end of the 2006–07 season, Webb moved to Malta to sign for champions Marsaxlokk under the guidance of English manager Brian Talbot.
