Damon Peter Searle (born 26 October 1971) is a Welsh professional footballer. He is a left-handed midfielder, defender, and coach, who is currently with Barry Town United.
In February 2009, Searle quit Carmarthen and joined his hometown team Barry Town. He left the club at the close of the season, and became a member of Haverfordwest County where he remained until January.
The remainder of his career in lower leagues of Forest Green Rovers before moving back to his country when he signed for Newport County and captained the team on numerous occasions. While at Newport they narrowly missed promotion play-offs, and twice were as a part of the FAW Premier Cup final, winning the final in 2008. Searle was removed from Newport at the close of the 2007-08 season . He then signed for Carmarthen Town.

Searle began his professional career as a student at his local team Cardiff City. The club was where he played the majority of his professional career, departing on a free transfer to join Stockport County. The following years, he resigned from Stockport and joined Carlisle United, during which time he was on a time on loan at Rochdale and then moved into Southend United as a replacement for the previous seasons star player Nathan Jones. He was a part of the famous Jimmy Glass game against Plymouth Argyle and his goalkeeper made a score in the final minutes to retain Carlisle United in the Football League. He was let go at the request of Southend at the end of the season of 2003. He was contracted on a month by contract with Chesterfield as a short-term replacement for a number of injured players. However, he was later dismissed at the request of the club.
