Juel-Maddie Pollard Sepulveda (born May 21 20th, 1979) was an American model as well as a beauty queen from the world and author. She is also a businesswoman and actress. She was named Miss Jamaica International, which allowed her to compete at an even higher level. The first Jamaican contestant to participate in the pageants Miss Earth 2005, Miss Asia Pacific 2005 and Miss Beauty Queen World 2005 and is the only person to have held three different national titles during the course of a single pageant.

In 2011, she represented Jamaican married women in the Mrs. Ethnic World International competition, which took place in Los Angeles, California. During the competition, Pollard Sepulveda performed the Japanese martial art Shurikenjutsu. Some of her sponsors included Laurie Elyse, The Grammy Museum, 1010 Wilshire, and several Martial Arts companies. Through this pageant, she was also able to co-produce and star in a documentary called Living Jamerican, which allowed the viewer an inside look into a day in the life of a Jamaican- American beauty queen. Pollard Sepúlveda was crowned Mrs. Ethnic World International 2012.

In 2012, Pollard Sepulveda was elected chairwoman of The Meningitis Foundation of America, Inc., having previously been an honorary committee member for the National Meningitis Association. As a survivor of viral meningitis, she felt a need to spread awareness of the disease. She resigned from the position in early 2014.

In the Miss Asia Pacific International 2005 contest in Guangzhou, China, Pollard Sepulveda stood out for her protest on stage over the unprofessional treatment of contestants from the organizers. Prior to the pageant’s last dress rehearsal, contestants were informed that the rehearsal would be just a “run through” and so some of them were not allowed for makeup. However, the contestants weren’t informed that judges would be in attendance and that the event was taped for broadcast. A lot of the participants were extremely uneasy about the situation and started crying in the back of the room. Being among the more friendly delegates to media, Pollard Sepulveda decided to make a statement regarding the issue. When her turn came to take the stage she interrupted the tape by going across the stage towards the microphone, and loudly protested. Pollard Sepulveda was removed from the stage and the judges eventually taken off the stage.
