Curt- Jordan Pérez Dizon (born on February 4, 1994) is a professional soccer player who is a left-winger and center forward with the Azkals Development Team of the Philippines Football League as well as the Philippines national team.

On May 6, 2017, Dizon scored a remarkable goal following an Alvin Sarmiento pass to open scoring at the ninth minute of the F.C. Meralco Manila against Stallion Laguna F.C. in the Binan Stadium located in Binan, Laguna, making him the first ever scorer in the recently launched Philippines Football League. He was left without a team following the dissolution of Meralco Manila. Meralco Manila was disbanded in January of 2018.

In July 2019, Dizon joined Chonburi of the Thai League 1.

In February 2020, Philippines national team manager Dan Palami announced that Dizon will be joining the Azkals Development Team (ADT), a new team that is set to participate in the 2020 season of the Philippines Football League.

Before he left for the Philippines his football career began in his initial club Magix FC a local football team. He was then spotted by Brunswick which was soon his second club. After a long time with Brunswick, Dizon was scouted and signed by Crystal Palace F.C. and was a part of the Under 16s academy , but was then released. Then, he continued to pursue his love of football in conjunction with his studies and went to Queen’s Academy in Watford. The school is renowned for its highly engaging sports facility that is paired with education. He graduated the school with three A levels and a greater understanding of football. Dizon later played with Gimnastica Segoviana CF in Spain when he was just 19 years old. After being invited to the National team in the early part of 2014. Dizon was signed by Global F.C. in the United Football League. The next calendar year Global as well as Loyola Meralco Sparks F.C. reached agreement on the transfer of Dizon in exchange for Loyola’s middlefielder Matthew Hartmann. Loyola changed its names to F.C. Meralco Manila when it joined the Philippines Football League in 2017.
