Corey Jones (born 26 February 1981) is an ex- Australian rules soccer player who was part of the North Melbourne Kangaroos in the Australian Football League. Jones was born in the tiny Victorian village of Wycheproof close to Bendigo.

Jones began his 2008 campaign badly, suffering concussions in his first game of the year due the knee of Nathan Thompson crashing through his forehead. In round 2, Jones did well in his comeback with a win over Richmond in the MCG. Jones was selected with the 60th pick in the year 2000’s AFL Draft from Sturt in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Jones was able to make his AFL debut in the fourth round of 2001. He then was involved in 12 games throughout the entire season.
