Luiz Edmundo Lucas Correa, commonly referred to by the name Cocada (born on 16 April 1961 ) in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul state) is a Brazilian former football player. Correa is the younger brother of another player, Muller.
The year 1999 was the time he began his managerial career. He was instructed under Luiz Felipe Scolari who was Palmeiras director at the time. Cocada worked as Vitoria’s assistant manager during 2005 and 2006. He left the club when Vitoria was beaten in their Campeonato Baiano championship to Colo-Colo. Cocada has also been involved in Operario’s under-20 section.
On February 9, 2007, Cocada was hired as Taubaté’s manager.
The nickname he has earned, Cocada, is the name of Cocada, a Brazilian well- known candy made of coconut. The reason he was given this name is due to the fact that, after his 1988 Campeonato Carioca final, he provided cocadas to his Flamengo opponents.

Cocada played eight matches for Flamengo in 1983. He scored six wins and was drawn in two matches, scoring two goals.
He had a stint with Vasco da Gama. On the 22nd of June in 1988, he took part in his part in the Campeonato Carioca final, against Flamengo. He was substituted by Vivinho in the 41st minute of the second half and scored the sole goal of the game (at in the 44th minute) and, as a result, Vasco took the title. After scoring his goal the player insulted the manager of Flamengo, Carlinhos, because he was let off on free by him while playing for Flamengo and was then expelled at the discretion of the official.
After retirement, he studied physical education. Cocada graduated in 2006.
