Miheso started his professional career with his first club, the Kenyan Premier League, where he was a player in the Kenyan Premier League for Thika United from 2011 to 2013 before joining Sofapaka and playing for a further three seasons at the club.
Miheso began his career with Kenya’s Kenya national side in the friendly game against Egypt on February 27, 2012. The goal was his debut for Harambee Stars in a 5-0 friendly victory against Botswana on the 27th of July, 2012. Miheso was part of the team that made it to the finals in the 2012 CECAFA Cup in Uganda, and was also part of the team who won the title the following year on the home turf.
On 31 January 2016, it was announced that Miheso would return to Kenya, joining Premier League giants A.F.C. Leopards on a six-month contract.
