Cleopatra Borel (from 2005 until the year 2010 when she was born, Borel-Brown March 1979) is a female shot putter from Plaisance, Mayaro, Trinidad and Tobago and was a 2012 Sportswoman of the Year Award winner.

In 2018, Cleopatra Borel participated at the Launch Meeting Circuit of Central Coliseum in the National Stadium in Chile, winning another gold award of the year. In April of that year, she competed in the 2018 Commonwealth Games at which she dropped a bronze medal to Brittany Crew. The personal record for her throw was 19.42 meters, which she which she achieved in July 2011, in the Paris Diamond League Meeting. Her personal best is of 19.48 meters in the indoor track. She did this in February 2004 at Blacksburg.
