Christine Envall was born in 1972 in Queensland, Australia. Her home town was Bendigo, Victoria. She was a student at Castlemaine High School. The year 1991 was when she began going to RMIT University, where she was studying the fields of nutrition and food sciences. She graduated from RMIT University in 1994.

As of 2001 Envall took part in her very first IFBB professional show at The Jan Tana Classic, where she was placed 6th in the class of heavyweight. In 2015, she competed at the Toronto Pro Supershow she won her first IFBB professional competition. It’s been proven the fact that Christine Envall is the only inactive IFBB female bodybuilder who hails from Australia.

In 1995, at the NPC-A/IFBB Australasian Championships , Envall was placed 3rd due to her lean physique didn’t set an ideal model for other females. The reason was that her physique did not allow her to be in the same league as bodybuilders who are amateurs. In the years 1996-2001 Christine concentrated her efforts on training to compete in numerous NABBA World Championships.
