Chris Neild (born December 1 1987) was a former American football player who was a player for the National Football League (NFL). He was selected to the Washington Redskins in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played football in college on the field at West Virginia University. He was a student at Stroudsburg High School, which is located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

In the final preseason game of 2014 in which the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were playing Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Neild was injured in his right leg. He was removed from the field. On August 30 the 30th of August, 2014, it was discovered that he ruptured his ACL in his right leg and was put on the injured reserve of the team.

In the 2013 season, Neild returned to being the backup nose tackle. He played in a total of 8 games.
