He immediately secured a spot as a quarterback/receiver, and also played at cornerback due to injuries in the secondary, and on all special teams units. He finished his one-year college football career with three touchdown passes, 12 receptions for 147 yards and three touchdowns on offense, and 28 tackles and three interceptions on defense.
