Chris Faulkner is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on April 13, 1960 in Tipton, Indiana, United States. Christopher Alan Faulkner (born April 13th 1960) was an American former professional and college footballer who played an offensive tight end during two years in the National Football League (NFL). He played in the NCAA football tournament on the University of Florida. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 1983 NFL Draft, and played for the Los Angeles Rams and San Diego Chargers.

The Los Angeles Rams signed him as a free-agent on the 31st of January, 1984 with the goal of transferring onto the offensive line however, after he suffered injuries in the tight-end post, the club pulled back their initial plan. The team on November 27 put him on the reserve/nonfootball illness list. He was cut on August 27, 1985.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed him as a free agent on October 21, 1986, and waived him two days later.

During the 1986 training camp he was switched to the defensive line, before being released on August 26.

Faulkner was picked to the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round (108th overall) of the 1983 NFL Draft. He was also chosen in his fellow players, the Tampa Bay Bandits in the 1983 USFL Territorial Draft. Though he was expected to play a blocking role in the two tight-end packages, after experiencing issues in his assignment, the club chose to keep Free agent Cleo Simmons instead , and then waived Faulkner on the 22nd of August.
