Charles Jordan Clark Raglan (born 28 April 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defensive player in the EFL League Two side Cheltenham Town.

Raglan was signed by Chesterfield in April of 2014 and the manager Paul Cook describing him as “very much one for the future”. Raglan was made the club’s League One debut on 30 August, making his debut for Sam Hird 29 minutes into the win 2-1 over the club he played for in the past Port Vale at Vale Park. He also scored a important milestone with his old club getting his first Football League goal in a victory of 3-0 against Port Vale in the return match in the Proact Stadium on 10 January. He played 25 appearances during the 2014-15 season, and assisted in guiding to take the “Spireites” to the play-offs in which they were defeated to Preston North End at the semi-final stage. He signed a contract extension at the beginning of the 2015-16 season that will tie him to the club until the summer of 2017. He had a hernia operation in February of 2016.

He made an excellent debut by helping the “Valiants” to keep a clean sheet in a 0–0 draw with Morecambe at Vale Park on 4 February. However he was dropped after a poor performance in a 5–1 defeat to Cheltenham Town six days later, before making a good impression upon his return to the team four weeks later in place of the injured Kyle Howkins.

Raglan is a native of Wythenshawe, England, but was raised in Tenerife and was a part of the youth team to UD Guargacho, Juan Miguel as well as CD Marino.
