Floyd Bluford Henry III, born October 7, 1968, is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB), pitcher who played for five MLB clubs from 1992 to 1999. He was 6’1″ (1.85 m), and weighed 195 lbs (88 kg). He primarily plied and batted left-handed. Henry was also a Minor League Baseball coach and an independent baseball manager.

During his career, Henry had a record of 33–33, with a 3.83 ERA and 345 strikeouts in 621 innings pitched. He also played for the Montreal Expos, Boston Red Sox and the Seattle Mariners. He had the best year of his career with the 1994 Expos, when he posted an 8–3 record with a 2.43 ERA.

Henry was later a coach for the Sarasota Reds in the Gulf Coast League in 2004. He was also the pitching coach of the Pioneer League’s Billings Mustangs, an Rookie Advanced affiliate of Cincinnati Reds.
