Brad Eldred is one of the most popular and richest Baseball Player who was born on July 12, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. Bradley Ross Eldred (born July 12th in 1980) was born on July 12, 1980. He is an American professional first baseman in baseball who is currently an unsigned free agent. He has also played for Major League Baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies as well as the Detroit Tigers and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. He is known as “Big Country”.

He was named to the Pirates major league roster on July 21st, 2005 after the player hit .297 with 28 RBIs and home runs in Curve Curve as well as The Indianapolis Indians. While with the Pirates the team, he scored .221 which included 12 home runs over 55 games. After the season was finished The Pirates took him to the Arizona Fall League.

In November 2008, he signed with the Washington Nationals. Playing for the AAA Syracuse Chiefs, he hit .269, .344 on-base percentage, 17 home runs and 59 RBIs.

On January 5, 2008, he signed a minor league deal with the Chicago White Sox. For the AAA Charlotte Knights, he hit 38 home runs and 100 RBIs, leading the International League in both categories. He became a free agent at the end of the season.

Eldred was picked as a player by The Pittsburgh Pirates in the 6th round of the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft. In 2004 the Pirates selected him as their minor league player of the season after the catcher scored .301 with 38 RBIs and 137 home runs with the Single-A Lynchburg Hillcats and the Double-A Altoona Curve.
