Boris Pavlovich Grachev (Russian: Boris Pavlovich Grachiov ; born 27 March, 1986) is an Russian gamer of chess. He was awarded the title of Grandmaster in 2007 by FIDE at the end of 2007. Grachev participated at the FIDE World Cup in 2011, 2009 in 2015, 2013, and 2017.
In January of 2013, Grachev won again in Basel winning by beating tiebreak Levente Vajda, Robin van Kampen and Andrei Istratescu. He was in the 4th-5th within the Russian Championship Higher League and consequently qualified for the Superfinal of the Russian Chess Championship. In the event, he earned 4/9 points.
He won the December 11th tournament in which he took the first spot in the first place with Igor Kurnosov at the 35th Zurich Christmas Open, and in January 2012, Grachev was awarded in the Basel Chess Festival. With these two accomplishments, he surpassed two thousand Elo rating threshold in his March 2012 FIDE ratings list.

The year 1995 was the time that Grachev was awarded the under 10 segment at the World Youth Chess Festival in Sao Lourenco, Brazil.
