Robert James McMillen, Jr. (born on October 28th in 1970) is an former linebacker/fullback for the arena football team as well as head coach. He was the most recent chief coach for the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League (AFL). He played his college football at Illinois-Benedictine, and was an AFL fullback/linebacker from 1995 to 2007. McMillen has been a football coach since 2010.
