To prepare for in 2008’s Paralympic Games, Kramer was selected as a participant by the Israeli Paralympic Committee as Shraga Weinberg’s partner in the doubles wheelchair tennis tournament. He played in the singles competition which was swept out from the competition by World Number 3 Nicolas Taylor and in the doubles competition, Kramer as well as Weinberg took silver.
