Binod Kumar Das (Nepali: vinod kumaar daas ) (born 26 April 1983) is an Nepalese former cricketer and former captain of the Nepal the national cricket team. All-rounder Binod is a right-handed batsman , as well as a right-handed medium pace bowler. The Nepali made debut Nepal against UAE in November 2000.

He made his first-class debut in the month of March 2004, when he represented Nepal in the UAE during the 2004 ICC Intercontinental Cup. The first time he played in the tournament, he took 6 wickets, including five wickets during the first innings. He also took part during the 2004 ACC Trophy and in the 2004/05 ACC Fast Track Countries Tournament in which He was the sixth-highest wicket- taker taking 12 wickets over four matches, including a five wickets for the team against Hong Kong.

In February 2005 he played in the repêchage tournament of the 2005 ICC Trophy, where he scored 135 runs in 5 innings at an average of 45.00 and picked up 6 wickets at an average of 22.16 and an economy rate of 3.48.

In 2006, he toured Pakistan with the Nepalese team to play a match against Pakistan Cricket Academy, where he picked up the wicket of future Pakistani player Khurram Manzoor.

After participating during the ICC Trophy in Ontario, He was a part of the team of under-19s for the 2002 World Cup held in New Zealand. He was able to lead the team to win the event as the plate runners-up and defeated the two ICC fully-members, Pakistan and Bangladesh. In a group game against Namibia He took three wickets in an impressive win. He was awarded as the player of the match. He scored 131 run in seven innings for the rate of 21.83 and took 11 wickets with the average that was 19.36 as well as an economic rate of 3.45 during the tournament. In the following years, he was a representative of Nepal at 2002 ACC Trophy, 2002/03 ACC Emerging Nations Tournament and 2003/04 ACC Emerging Nations Tournament.
