Billy Jennings (born 20 February 1952) is an English former footballer who was an attacking player for the Football League for Watford, West Ham United, Leyton The Orient and Luton Town. The year 1977 was the time that Jennings went on loan to NASL team Chicago Sting, playing with fellow Englishman Ronnie Moore and Scot Willie Morgan. When he returned after a break, he was struck by an Achilles injury. Following this, Jennings was unable to secure an enviable spot within the West Ham team. After the league and cup, he played 127 times as well as 41 goal at West Ham, he moved to Leyton Orient in August 1979.

An ex-youth player from Watford, Jennings made his professional debut with the Hornets on April 10, 1970 in a third-place play-off match with Manchester United in the 1969-70 FA Cup campaign at Highbury in which the Hornets were defeated by 2-0. He played in 10 League appearances in the same season, including 16 in 1971-72 and 19 in 1972-73.
The 1973-74 season came to an end with Jennings being the Third Division top scorer on 26 goals as well as Watford player of the season. After a total of 100 games at Watford as well as England Youth international honours, Jennings was signed by West Ham United for PS110,000 in September 1974. It was an early sign for the new Manager John Lyall.
