Belinda Snell (born 10 January 1981) is an Australian female basketball player. She is part of the Australia women’s national basketball team. She has been awarded 2 silver basketball medals during the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics and an Olympic bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics as well as an gold medal in the Commonwealth Games, a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, a gold medal at the 2006 World Championships, and a bronze medal at the 2014 World Championships.
In 1998/99, she received an award of a scholarship and was a player with the Australian Institute of Sport. When she became a member of in the AIS WNBL team, she was one of the new players on the team and the majority of the players being held overs from the previous season. Her AIS team was crowned champions in 1998 and 1999. Her teammates were Lauren Jackson, Penny Taylor and Suzy Batkovic. In the 2000/2001 season she was named the WNBL’s All-Star Five.
